About the role
Happy Realty is seeking an experienced and organised Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our successful real estate agency.
What you'll be doing
Handle a variety of administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and other business communications
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
