R.U.Safe Security is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Malaga. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, with a focus on admin, accounts, and scheduling tasks in a supportive, small business environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing general office operations to support daily business activities
• Handling accounts tasks including payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation using MYOB
• Coordinating technician schedules and job allocations
• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with internal admin processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years in an office support or admin role
• Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced setting
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute
• Good knowledge of the Perth metropolitan area (for scheduling and service coordination)
What We Offer:
• Full-time position
• 8:00am – 1:00pm, 4 days per week
• $30–$40 per hour depending on experience
