🚀 About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our hiring engine, working directly with a diverse range of employer partners (startups, scaleups, and enterprise sales teams) to support them in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top junior talent.

You’ll manage active hiring pipelines, build deep relationships with hiring managers, and collaborate closely with internal teams to improve both candidate experience and employer outcomes.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

Run onboarding sessions and guide new partners through setup and best practice

Own end-to-end hiring pipelines, ensuring timely, high-quality candidate matches

Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

Bring back insights from the market to continuously improve internal playbooks and processes

Support training and post-hire success initiatives to ensure long-term retention

You’ve got strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

You’re a confident communicator with high attention to detail

You enjoy working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

You bring a commercial mindset and can use data to inform decisions

You care deeply about outcomes and get energy from seeing people succeed

Experience with sales hiring, partnerships, or talent pipelines is a bonus (but not essential)
