Account Manager – TPF Sports
TPF Sports is looking for a motivated Account Manager with 3+ years’ experience in an account management and client facing role.
As the face of TPF, you will cultivate strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure our clients love dealing with us at every interaction.

TPF Sports is a tech-led agency specialising in the sports membership sector. We enable clubs and members to engage with a new level of choice and engagement. We deliver quality merchandise and fulfilment solutions to Australia’s leading sporting clubs and participation programs. Our solution incorporates global warehouses and bespoke technology, providing efficiencies and innovation.

We are looking for someone who is extremely motivated and is a great communicator. You are dedicated to building solid client relationships.
An Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of clients. You will own the relationship with TPF Sports delivering on client program requirements and defined portfolio budget.
Role Responsibilities
Program Management
· Servicing and relationship management of allocated client portfolio
· Achieve allocated budget targets
· Manage client requirements including innovation, timelines & budget expectations
· Manage WIP and daily workflow both in and externally
· Travel to local & interstate customer meetings on required basis
· Manage client relationship
· Entertain customers at nominated events on a needs basis
Internal Relationships
· Liaise with internal departments and staff to deliver each customer program
· Collaborate with Delivery Manager, to ensure client outcomes are correctly briefed and executed
· Manage supporting staff and associated outcomes
Client Success
· Ensure defined budget & sales targets are achieved and or exceeded
· Manage the retention, expansion and overall satisfaction of client base
· Review and provide weekly budget tracking report to Account Director
· Ensure all SLA's are generated, approved, executed & archived for all clients
· Ensure key conditions related to SLA’s are implemented, measured and delivered in all instances
