SENIORS - TEAM LEADERS (UP TO $200) - 5 POSITIONS
Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager/Team Leader oversee a substantial $1m business portfolio with two dedicated Assistants. Senior Account Manager - Team Leader - The role looks after a team of approx. 7 people who are all experienced, capable Account/Senior Account Managers. Own portfolio anywhere between $250K - $450K depending on whether you are new business focused or not.
Senior Account Manager (New)- 15 years experience - Ideally someone to manage a book of Medium to large SME clients. Someone who can take on a Senior Mentoring role with vision for growth and development of the book and the business.
Senior Account Manager – Account Director-(New) Lead, manage and develop a portfolio of $650k as well as manage a small team of Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service to all current and prospective clients. Manage the Corporate development of your portfolio and performance of your team, identify and nurture talent and create opportunities for knowledge sharing and learning.
Senior Account Executive - (New) Deliver exceptional customer service to all current and prospective clients, whilst running a $400k - $600k portfolio mainly of Commercia/Mid-Market business. Look for areas of opportunity to improve the coverage and placement . Contribute to the business growth objectives by seeking out new business opportunities, retaining existing business and looking for gaps in current insurance cover. Ideally providing training and development opportunities to AE’s and AAE’s in support of overarching team goals.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGERS / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (UP TO $140K) - 4 POSITIONS
Account Manager (New)- responsible for the acquisition, management and development of insurance clients in the SME space. The Account Manager also develops and maintains customer relationships servicing an existing portfolio of clients by providing professional insurance and financial services designed to identify and fulfil client needs. Someone who enjoys New Business will suit this particular role.
Internal Account Executive - Corporate - ISR - working in a team of three, working with an Account Manager and an Assistant, the role will see you responsible for remarketing, broking, obtaining quotes, negotiating with insurers, day-to-day running of the book.
Account Executive - North West - The role sits in the Broking arm of the business and is responsible for a portfolio made up of SME clients where they will be involved in new business, renewals, re-marketing, endorsements. Candidates need to be Tier 1 compliant, Winbeat & Sunrise. Ability to build rapport with internal & external clients & underwriters. Enjoy working in team environment & have a strong drive to succeed. Excellent remuneration package is on offer, & a great opportunity.
Part time Broker - 3 days
Scheme based accounts, working with Tools of Trade, Liability.
Candidates will need to be Tier 1 Compliant, have exposure to Winbeat and strong attention to detail. Well known brand and lots of benefits.
ASSISTANT POSITIONS (UP TO $100K) - 3 POSITIONS
Assistant Account Executive - to work with one of their seasoned Senior Account Managers, this is a one-on-one role, the successful candidate will have about 3 years experience working on SME Commercial business, organising Renewals, quoting on New Business , Liaising with Clients / Underwriters, Managing debtors. looking for a self-motivated person who needs minimal supervision and has experience with Winbeat & Sunrise.
Assistant Account Executive (New) opportunity available for Tier 1 or 2 qualified Insurance person. Supporting a team of brokers the role will see you responsible for a variety of tasks such as processing of new business, endorsements, providing quotation and follow/up of new business and renewals. Updating claims status reports.
Assistant Account Executive (New) - - looking to appoint a Assistant Account Executive to work with a Account Manager. This role will see you responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals, office administration, telephone enquiries, credit control. Happy to train a junior, who displays a high level of computer literacy and accuracy, sound communication /organisational skills and someone who has worked in a customer service environment.
CLAIMS - (New) x 2
Claims / Brokerage - Responsible for managing around 150 open claims at any one time, ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property (Strata) & broking claims experience, preferably within a brokerage.
Claims Consultant -
This position is a claims specialist and overall responsibility will be to manage the claims processes, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and negotiation skills to ensure the smooth claims handling across all personal lines and commercial lines policies.
