Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Engagement
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to implement onboarding strategies for new clients
- Customise and set up client accounts on the lead generation platform
- Provide in-person, online, and telephone-based training to help clients achieve key business outcomes
Account Management & Growth
- Maintain, manage, and grow strong, profitable relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients
- Engage regularly with client stakeholders (from users to senior decision makers) to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins, manage renewals and payments, and provide ongoing customer care
Internal Systems & Communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the internal CRM system
- Respond to all client enquiries within 24 hours during business hours
- Share client feedback, feature requests, and system issues with internal teams to support continuous improvement
Team & Brand Representation
- Represent our client as an industry leader in construction intelligence and data solutions
- Promote the organisation’s strengths and values to customers and industry contacts
- Demonstrate a client-first approach that aligns with the comapany values in all external interactions
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of revenue and retention goals
- Accurate logging of all client activity and feedback in the CRM
- Positive client engagement and consistent use of the platform across accounts
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles—ideally within SaaS, construction, or B2B environments
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior decision makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual, with a talent for delivering value-focused product training and support
- A proactive and consultative mindset, always looking for ways to help clients achieve better outcomes and get the most from the platform
- Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems, data platforms, and video conferencing tools (experience with Salesforce is a bonus)
- A genuine interest in the construction or property sector and how data can be used to drive business success
- A positive, self-motivated attitude, comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team
