About the Team Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) was conceived in 2021 to coordinate and optimise the future learner experience. It consists of three core functions where cross-functional resources will ensure emerging priorities and peak periods of activity are met.? Future Learner Recruitment and Admissions: responsible for future learner recruitment and admissions through planning and leading sales activity, by creating competitive offerings and providing efficient assessment and processing of applications for prospective learners. This team is organised around segments/cohorts and focused on nurturing relationships with new, current, and returning learners as well as agents and pathway partners, both in Australia and overseas. About the Role The Marketing & Events Manager - Future Students is responsible for driving the recruitment of future learners within their designated faculties through the conceptualization, development, implementation and review of domestic student recruitment strategic initiatives. This role leads the delivery of the overall undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment targets for their faculty partner and requires a strong focus on planning and successful project delivery. It is responsible for delivering revenue impacting events and marketing activities that are critical to the student acquisition journey. As a part of the Future Learners Recruitment and Admissions team, the incumbent will also contribute to stakeholder relationships, consultation, and reporting. This role is internally known as the Domestic Recruitment Manager. If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for: • Lead and manage a student recruitment team to achieve domestic enrolment targets for assigned faculties.• Develop and implement lead nurture and conversion plans aligned with university marketing and learner acquisition strategies.• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment effectiveness to inform strategy and improvements.• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and faculty teams to optimize recruitment efforts and ensure compliance.• Oversee team performance, CRM interactions, and participation in recruitment events to drive student engagement. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Working with Children check. With examples, please outline within your Cover Letter, how you meet the following key selection criteria: 1. Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of events3. Understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in the postgraduate market Remuneration & Benefits Base Salary Range: $119,041 to $135,575 pa (HEW 8) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary. This position is full-time, and appointment will be made on a permanent continuing basis. This is a hybrid position with 3 days on campus and 2 days remote.
