As we scale, we’re seeking a strategic and tech-savvy IT Product Manager who can own product development, drive innovation, and effectively interface with high-level clients and internal leadership.
As an IT Product Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and optimization of our platform. This role requires not only deep technical understanding and product instincts but also strong interpersonal skills—you’ll regularly engage with client executives, stakeholders, and CEOs to gather insights, present product roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business outcomes and product features.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage the product roadmap in line with business objectives and user feedback
• Collaborate with engineering, support, sales, marketing, and design teams to ship high-impact features
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews and stakeholder input
• Lead cross-functional planning and ensure timely, quality delivery of product releases
• Act as the key product liaison in meetings with client executives, sales leaders, and C-suite decision-makers
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure the product complies with privacy regulations and outbound communications standards (e.g., FCC/TCPA)
• Monitor usage analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions and iterations

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS or cloud-based tech environment
• Strong technical background, with understanding of APIs, VoIP, cloud systems, and telephony platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience interacting with C-level executives, enterprise clients, and business decision-makers
• Proven ability to distill complex requirements and present them clearly to varied audiences
• Deep understanding of outbound call workflows, contact center operations, or sales enablement tools
