Administrative Assistant – Fast-Paced, Fun, Full-Time Role in Property Styling!

Foxy Home Staging is looking for an energetic and motivated Administrative Assistant, based at our warehouse in Acacia Ridge and reporting to the Director.
This is a key internal role for the organisation supporting the Director as a point of contact for all external inquiries and stakeholders. This role is responsible for supporting the Director in all areas of office management, CEO support, internal staff support, office management and support.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the glue that keeps Foxy running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll be the first point of contact for agents and clients, and the go-to support for our internal team. Your days will be busy and varied, from managing bookings to coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and solving problems on the fly.
Responsibilities:
Proactive management of daily workflow through effective coordination of jobs, consultations, and selections
Prioritising workload and working towards multiple deadlines.
General administrative duties including maintenance of client records, purchase orders and database management
Ability to work within a high pressure environment, across multiple competing projects and deadlines.
Representing our company values and becoming a key driver of positive culture within our business
Creating & managing daily schedule for the Logistic team & Property Stylists
Liaising with Real Estate Agents and clients (phone calls, emails and in-person communication)

Experience & Practical Must-Haves
Previous admin experience (real estate a bonus)
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Confidence working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
