Customer Service and Administration
Quick Built Systems is a growth orientated business manufacturing Kit Homes and Insulated Patio Kits and Modular Fencing Systems based in Silverdale. We have recently moved into a brand new premises and require an enthusiastic Customer Service and Administration person to join our dedicated team.
Position Outline;
- Process Customer Orders
- Maintain Debtors Report and ensure clients within trading terms
- Maintain Inventory Levels
- Produce Supplier Orders
- Check Supplier Invoices and Process into Xero accounting software
- Track Orders through production and update clients
- Perform Office Administration Duties
Key attributes;
- Strong Computer Skills with knowledge of Excel and Office Applications
- Experience with Xero accounting software an advantage
- Experience with MRP Software also an advantage
