They provide piping solutions to clients across a range of industries such as Plumbing, Oil & Gas, Mining, Industrial, Agricultural etc. This role will encompass selling to key accounts within all of those sectors whilst managing a team of Technical Sales Engineers.

Position:
We're now looking for an experienced Head of Technical/ Sales Engineer Manager from within the piping, pumps or plumbing industry to enhance our team in Perth.
This role will be covering the Perth market, so there is plenty of on the road time included with the following responsibilities to expect:
- Manage a team of Sales Engineers.
- Promote the sale of piping solutions across the Perth market, specifically to plumbing, mining and civil companies.
- Respond to internal enquiries.
- Attend site visits to convert leads into profitable clients.
- Supporting key clients with required technical, product and sales support.
The role is focused on selling into the industrial, construction, commercial and agricultural markets across all of Perth.

Candidate:
It is crucial for candidates to have some form of technical sales engineering experience in the piping, pump or plumbing industry. This experience could come from working as Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager or as an engineer who is comfortable hitting the ground running externally without sales training or support from managers.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes;
- 5+ years of sales and or engineering experience in the piping industry.
- B2B sales experience or sales management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop rapport and foster strong business relationships.
- Autonomous and hard working.
