About the role

This full-time Sales Manager role based in Moorabbin, Victoria offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, performance, and team development to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Our Target Markets are top end Electrification Projects with a focus of reducing power bills for residential homes to Zero.

What you'll be doing

· Developing and refining sales processes for all of our products and services

· Coaching and developing our sales team to ensure that we as a company reach our profit and revenue goals

· Analysing sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and guide decision making

· Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-energy sales culture

· Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer retention and growth

· Representing the organisation at industry events and networking functions

· Working with Government and Industry Leaders to build relationships and influence policy

What we're looking for

· Proven track record of success in a sales management role. Solar Industry would be an advantage.

· A Sales Manager who will have their own territory and be responsible for bringing in revenue, as well as managing the Sales Team.

· Hands On Manager who will be able to invest time with each sales team member on the road, working

with each individual and strengthening their sales approach.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

· Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive sales strategies

· CRM Savvy, with the ability to assist in creating sales processes and triggers

· Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales processes and campaigns

· Relevant tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing or a related field
