Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Drive sales performance through coaching, training, and motivation.

Oversee inventory management, vehicle presentation, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns.

Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Report directly to the Dealer Principal/General Manager.

About You:

Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new vehicles.

Strong knowledge of the GMSV or Isuzu product range is highly regarded.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Results-driven with a passion for customer service.

Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.

Valid driver’s license and yard managers license.
