Your New Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across the Commercial, Retail, Residential, and Industrial sectors in WA. You’ll play a key role in building and leading a new sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing B2B and B2C sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth, customer retention, and exceptional service.
- Manage and grow key accounts with a customer-first approach.
- Foster a results-driven, creative, and problem-solving sales culture.
- Provide regular updates to the National Sales Manager on sales and team performance.
- Oversee complex negotiations and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
- Support ad hoc sales and operational tasks as requested by the National Sales Manager.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales management. A hunger for business development, success in sales management, and technical knowledge of sectional and roller doors are key to success in this role.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Technical knowledge of sectional and roller doors is a MUST!!!
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in generating new business and cultivating a high-performance team culture.
- Willingness to travel across Perth to develop new markets.
- Proven ability to create and execute strategic sales plans.
The Perks:
- Base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 (flexible depending on experience) + super + commissions.
