Sales and Service Manager – WA

Location: Forrestdale, WA

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Bonus

Sales experience within the Auto Glass or Automotive accessories or parts or wholesale industry is highly desirable

Our client, a well-established and growing Auto Glass Supplier, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Service Manager to oversee their Western Australia operations.

This is a hands-on Sales role based at the Forrestdale site, responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations in the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Oversee the issuing of invoices and processing of returns and credits

Collaborate with the Branch Manager for effective planning and coordination of operations

Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and service operations

Work closely with the State Manager to implement sales strategies and improve market share

Monitor competitor pricing and industry trends

Support incident reporting and management procedures

About You

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales

Sales experience within the Auto Glass or Automotive accessories or parts or wholesale industry is highly desirable

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders

Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
