New Car Sales Manager

Norris Motor Group Brendale is seeking a dynamic new sales manager for a top ten franchise. If you’re a proven, top-performing car sales professional, assistant or a current manager looking for a bigger role this is your chance to step up and take your career to the next level.

The position

As a Sales Manager, reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all areas of our newest sales department. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maximising sales opportunities while generating solid revenue in line with profit objectives

Ensuring KPI’s and Sales targets are achieved

Foster and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Identifying new fleet and retail opportunities.

Recruitment, training and performance management of staff ensuring a high performing culture is fostered

Stock management for retail and fleet sales.

Sales advertising and Lead management

Skills Required

Previous Automotive Sales experience is essential

Highly motivated and results driven with a proven sales track record

Ability to think outside the box and come up with dynamic strategies

A passion for delivering a premium customer experience

Strong attention to detail regarding all administration processes

Superb interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating staff and creating a positive working environment

Engage all team members to perform at their best

Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to including workplace health & safety, sales processes and human resources.

Very well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Only applicants with an achievement record in automotive vehicle sales will be considered, such as a management role, assistant manager (2ic) or senior sales person position.
