Company
Your new company is an Australian owned and operated freight forwarder with over 50 years of experience servicing Australian and international customers. Due to continued growth they are in need of an experience import coordinator to look after their sea freight imports as well as some air freight imports.

Role
As the import coordinator you will be responsible for organising all imports from various countries into Australia primarily by sea freight both LCL and FCL as well as some air freight imports as well. You will be responsible for all import documentation, liaising with custom brokers, shipping and air lines, and the customers as to the status of their goods.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in an import role with a freight forwarder
• Import sea freight experience
• Attention to detail and process orientated
• Customer service mindset
• Prior air freight import experience will be highly desirable
