Your Mission:

As our International Freight Forwarder extraordinaire, you'll take the helm and guide our customers through their ongoing international freight requirements. Your compass will lead you to coordinate end-to-end shipments, maintain precise data within our tailor-made software, and keep our customers informed about exceptions, challenges, and delays.

The Duties Awaiting You:

Masterminding the movement of import/export shipments, hand in hand with overseas partners, service providers, and external customs experts.

Overseeing LCL & FCL Shipments.

Keeping a watchful eye on vessels, communicating with shipping lines and consolidators.

Updating our clients on the status of inbound shipments.

Orchestrating FCL & LCL cartage.

Liaising with our overseas partner offices.

Collaborating with local shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators.

Coordinating with customs brokers.

Your Set of Skills:

A minimum of 1+ years' experience in international freight forwarding.

Customer service skills that go the extra nautical mile, driven by genuine care.

The ability to steer the ship even when the seas get rough.

Quick thinking under pressure, combined with an eagle-eyed attention to detail.

Clear and concise communication skills, whether in writing or verbally.
