Our client is a national leader with a large network of practices across the country. They are currently looking for a Regional Manager QLD to join their growing team. This role will take responsibility for QLD where they have practices on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This role will focus on driving the business across the region.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have exposure to the dental space, however someone with experience in a similar role from other sectors (retail - for instance) would also be considered. The key here is being able to execute a head office strategy across multiple sites. You will need excellent people management experience, exceptional business acumen and the drive to succeed. Crucial to the role is your ability to implement strategies into the practices, engaging and mentoring staff and leading the vision.
