You’ll lead a dedicated team while overseeing complex dental procedures such as crowns, veneers, implants, and full-mouth reconstructions. Focus on optimising workflows, ensuring high patient care standards, and maintaining operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or Senior Dental Assistant🦷
Strong leadership skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude 💪
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 💬
Experience in financial admin, process improvement, and compliance 📊
