We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and professional Regional Manager to join our PCYC Fun Squad Management team to support our services across Logan and the Gold Coast. This role has flexibility to be based between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will work with the State Operations Manager Fun Squad to ensure that a high level of service is delivered across all Fun Squad Services in your designated region of Queensland.

Your New Role
As our new OSHC Regional Manager, you will lead and support approximately 30 Fun Squad services across the region. This is a significant leadership role, where you will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care and educational experiences, while also driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with a team of dedicated Area Managers, proactively identifying and implementing strategies to strengthen service performance, address emerging challenges, and seize opportunities for expansion. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, while also promoting a positive and values-driven culture that reflects PCYC Queensland’s commitment to excellence. In addition to this, you will be responsible for providing reports and communication to the State Operations Manager Fun Squad and making recommendations for improvement as needed.

About You
- Minimum Diploma level qualification in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining outside school hours care or related field in compliance with Legislation and Regulations.
- Evidence of being able to manage a multi-disciplinary team and provide strong leadership of projects and service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage regional and area service budgets prudently.
- Ability to travel across the State as required.
