Are you a skilled Dental Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? We're currently recruiting two exceptional professionals on behalf of a well-established corporate client – one role based in Caboolture, the other in Murrumba Downs.

About the Role

As a Dental Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy dental centre, ensuring smooth practice management and delivering outstanding service to both patients and clinicians. These are front-of-house roles where professionalism, attention to detail, and a calm, polished demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients, managing all front-desk operations

Schedule appointments, manage calls, patient records, and financial transactions

Support dental specialists with their daily coordination needs

Ensure an exceptional patient experience through clear communication and efficiency

Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting practice environment

Contribute to continuous improvement through team meetings and feedback

Ensure accurate billing under the correct service provider

Prepare end-of-month reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Business Management

Previous experience in the dental industry, ideally in a receptionist or treatment coordinator capacity

A solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures

Demonstrated experience in customer service, with the ability to stay composed and courteous under pressure

Experience with roster preparation and daily scheduling

Strong organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in dental software and general computer applications

A team-player attitude and genuine enthusiasm for patient care
