About the Role

We’re looking for a Site Manager who can lead our construction sites with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing daily on-site operations across custom home builds

Coordinating and supervising trades to ensure high-quality workmanship

Maintaining timelines and build schedules

Ensuring safety, compliance, and build standards are upheld

Supporting airtightness and performance testing as needed

Experience in energy-efficient or high-performance building is highly regarded — but not essential. If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and passionate about building better, we’d love to hear from you.
