The Opportunity
In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across a range of commercial projects-ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are consistently met. This is a chance to take full ownership on-site and make a real impact on project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project from procurement through to practical completion
• Lead subcontractors, trades, and site personnel with confidence and clarity
• Ensure full compliance with OH&S regulations and safety procedures
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary
• Uphold a high standard of site presentation and build quality

About You

• 2+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally in commercial construction or fit-out
• In-depth understanding of building processes, safety codes, and industry regulations
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to read technical drawings and oversee project documentation
