Our client is a well-established, reputable builder with a strong pipeline of apartment and commercial projects across Melbourne. They have built a solid name for themselves delivering a range of projects including residential developments and institutional builds. Due to recent project activity, they are looking to appoint two Site Managers to join their growing team.

The Opportunities

We are recruiting for two live projects:

Northern Suburbs

Mid-rise apartment development (approx. 6 levels)

Early-stage project with groundwork nearing completion

Requires a hands-on Site Manager to take it through structure and fit-out

South Eastern Suburbs

Boutique, high-spec apartment project

Structure already complete and progressing through internal stages

Ideal for someone strong with finishes, program management, and quality

Both roles are full site leadership positions reporting into a supportive Project Manager.

Ideal Background

This opportunity would suit either a:

Experienced Site Manager with a proven track record on apartment builds, or

Foreman ready to step up into a Site Manager role

To be successful, you should have:

Experience delivering multi-unit or apartment projects

Strong knowledge of structure, fit-off, and contractor coordination

Good communication and team leadership skills

Ability to drive program and maintain quality standards

A proactive, driven mindset with a strong site presence
