With a focus on growth and structured systems with ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, our client is seeking a Site Manager to join and build a new project <50 Townhouses on a large single basement with a 2 year program. This role has an exceptional salary up to $200,000 you’ll begin a new project from start to finish located inner north east, they’re looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager who has both experience building up to or more than 50 Medium Density and has basement construction experience (there is only one large basement on this 2 year project) Maybe you've done some apartment work and townhouse projects? this salary bracket is to capture high calibre candidates.

An internal part-time (shared role) HSE administrator resource will then help you close out outstanding items; they are team focused and not interested in the blame game, finger pointing or politics.

Key Accountabilities:

As a Site Manager with our client, your key responsibilities will include:

• Directing all on-site activities.
• Managing day-day all incoming and outgoing supplies (on-site)
• Scheduling and overseeing the Project Program working with the GM, flagging any issues with the Contract Administrators.
• Ensuring on-site safety, in line with the company's supportive approach.
• Keeping diaries updated and all stakeholders informed.
• Building and maintaining key relationships and contributing to variations.
