Job Title: Site Foreman (Pathway to Site Manager)
Location: Melbourne Airport, VIC
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Package (Depending on Experience)

Our client, a reputable and growing construction company, is seeking a capable and motivated Site Foreman to join their team at a key project located near Melbourne Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow into a Site Manager role.

About the Role:

This role offers hands-on site management experience with mentoring from senior leadership, and a clearly defined pathway to becoming a Site Manager. You'll be involved in delivering quality commercial and residential construction projects while progressively stepping into more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades

Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and issue resolution

Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and the broader project team

Build leadership skills while working closely with the Site Manager

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand on residential or commercial projects

Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and WHS regulations

A strong desire to progress into a Site Manager role

Excellent organisational, communication, and team coordination skills

White Card and relevant trade or construction qualifications
