Your new company
Trifecta have partnered with an established, fitout and refurbishment contractor who are experts at delivering both Government and Private projects between $1m - $35m. Due to an increase in projects, they are looking to bring on Site Managers to assist the site team in the delivery of these projects.

Your new role

• Coordinating and supervising trades, running toolbox meetings, inductions etc.
• Managing all site documentation to ensure up to date administration.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in line with program.
• Support your project team and other team members.
• Ensuring all safety parameters are adhered to.

What you need to succeed

• Experience in a Site Manager or role with a fitout, refurbishment or new build finishes capacity.
• Solutions focussed and positive attitude
• Good communication / social skills.
• Qualification in construction relevant to this role (i.e. trade qualification or degree)
