Our client is a leading construction firm recognized for delivering high-quality industrial projects across Melbourne. With 35 years in the industry and a strong pipeline of work, they are expanding their team and are looking for a driven Site Manager to take the lead on key developments.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and labour
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to maintain clear communication and progress
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Manager on industrial and/or commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage project documentation
• Willingness to work a 6 day working week
