What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality service across our dining and events operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring a small, enthusiastic team

Maintaining a fun, positive, and professional work environment

Training team members and ensuring consistent service standards

Running daily service, events, and functions — from setup to pack-down

Communicating effectively with both kitchen and management teams

Delivering an exceptional experience for our valued Members and guests

Supporting compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards

About You

We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory/team leader role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Hands-on, team-first mentality

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Flexibility to work weekends and late nights

A current Approved Manager’s Card or willing to get

Immaculate grooming and attention to detail

Understanding of financial targets and operational efficiencies (a plus)

Police Clearance
