ROLE EXPECTATIONS: This role is vital to maintaining and expanding our presence in Victoria’s residential construction sector. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing residential builder and contractor accounts across Victoria
• Identify new opportunities within current accounts and convert warm leads into new business
• Provide ongoing product expertise and support to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
• Ensure all business dealings are conducted professionally, safely, and ethically
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and timely service to clients
• Keep informed on residential market trends and competitor offerings
• Represent the company as a trusted partner in the residential windows sector

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: We’re looking for a personable and proactive individual with a passion for relationship management and residential construction. You will bring:

• A proven background in account management or sales, ideally within building materials or related industries
• Experience working with residential builders and contractors across Victoria
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on long-term client partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• A consultative and solutions-driven approach to client needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM or sales systems
