About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Sales & Account Manager to join our vibrant Preston office. If you're someone who loves fast-paced work, enjoys talking to people, and thrives on juggling multiple client interactions, this role offers the perfect mix of sales, service, and coordination.

You’ll be the go-to person for dozens of organisations each week—helping them book, coordinate, and return for First Aid and CPR training. From responding to inbound leads and preparing quotes to securing bookings and managing repeat clients, you’ll play a key role in both winning new business and nurturing existing relationships.

You’ll manage a dynamic mix of client accounts, giving you valuable hands-on experience in relationship management, solution-based selling, and customer success. It’s a fast-moving, people-focused role where your communication skills, organisation, and ability to build trust will shine.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will be full of variety and people interaction. You’ll be:

Handling inbound enquiries (mostly warm-to-hot leads) from businesses

Drafting tailored quotes and following up with leads

Organising training sessions—dates, locations, attendees

Managing multiple client accounts and ensuring smooth bookings

Maintaining regular client contact to support repeat business

Working across phone and email in a fast-moving, service-focused environment

Keeping CRM and client records accurate and up to date
