Our client is a globally backed food business with a over indexed share of branded and private label products across a number of categories and channels. The business has grown exponentially over the past few years and they have no plans to slow down.
Due to business growth, there is a need for a Junior Account Manager to work across a large grocery account.

The Role

Reporting into the NBM, the Junior Account Manager will operate as the face of the business in the independents arm.
This role will progress through to a National Account Manager position with hope to grow the individual into a National Business Manager in a few years. They will be responsible for the end-to-end account management across the grocery channel while driving value and increase ranging across new and existing categories while receiving constant support and leadership.

Your Background
We are really looking for a graduate or someone with a couple of years experience with a real drive and ambition to grow and develop within a growing company.

Experience Required:

• 1-2+ years within FMCG but also open to individuals who have recently graduated.
• Qualifications preferred
• Ability to lead buyer conversations.
