Our client is a leading Australian brand with products found across 8,000 retail store fronts spanning multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking the next step in their career to join a dynamic local business in a pivotal AM capacity. Working in a close-knit and collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing a designated list of Pharmacy Banner groups across Australia and New Zealand.
Key duties include:-
- Manage relationships with pharmacy partners, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive sales and profit growth through data analysis, promotional planning, and product management.
- Support field sales teams and ensure alignment on budgets, performance, and execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling range reviews and promotional proposals.
- Oversee new product development initiatives and support pharmacy trade events.
- Monitor competitor activity and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
To be considered for this position you will have ideally worked in a similar role or alternatively, you will be an experienced Field Representative / Territory Manager who is looking for the next step. FMCG experience is strongly preferred and the position is best suited to a motivated and self-driven individual who enjoys working within a team.

Standard hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm and please note this is a full-time office-based position with occasional requirements to visit client sites.
Salary guide is $100,000 + Super + Bonus
