Are you a commercially driven Account Manager ready to take your SaaS career to the next level? This is a chance to own and grow a portfolio of SMB clients for a globally recognised FinTech platform.

You’ll be responsible for increasing monthly recurring revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining strong client relationships and minimising churn.

Location: Sydney (Hybrid working model)
Salary: $100k + super + bonus

Your Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow monthly recurring revenue and increase average deal size
  • Handle client escalations and requests to adjust contract terms, working to minimise downsell and churn
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, renewals, and contractual updates
  • Leverage internal tools and market insights to proactively forecast and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales to deliver a seamless partner experience across the buyer journey
  • Deliver expert product demonstrations and support decision-makers through a consultative sales approach

What You Bring:

  • Proven success as an Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage a diverse account portfolio and tailor outreach based on partner needs
  • Experience with upsell/cross-sell strategy and a passion for helping customers get value from their tech stack
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven and strategic approach to account growth
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-driven SaaS environments
