The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This varied role combines account management and business development, offering an opportunity to drive business growth in the construction sector while building strong networks and relationships.

We pride ourselves on personal service, strong values, and building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your Impact:

• Drive sales growth & market share in the non-residential construction sector, leveraging existing base
• Plan & implement macro sales activities utilising market data
• Foster & maintain working relationships with key decision makers & senior management
• Analyse customer data to identify patterns, trends & opportunities
• Ensure consistent & on-plan revenue delivery through skilled lead identification, qualification & pipeline management
• Create professional interactions with senior client staff at both corporate & site levels
• Establish referral networks to develop strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with workforce managers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage clients through the lifecycle of their projects
• Lead & manage your workforce through all aspects of performance

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 5yrs experience in a related sales role
• A proven track record of consistent quota attainment or over-achievement
• Experience with CRM software
• Experience in solution selling to senior management levels
• Existing industry network is favourable but not essential
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills for executives & individual contributors in group settings, one-on-one, or over the phone
• Current driver's license & willingness to travel within NSW
