What You Do for the Company

  • Bring proven experience working as a high-performing Account Manager within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills with proven experience managing 200 partnership accounts, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Take a strategic and proactive approach, leveraging your existing hospitality industry network to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain a driven, self-motivated mindset, with the resilience and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Build and maintain relationships through a customer-centric approach and strong interpersonal communication and networking abilities.

What the Role Will Look Like

  • Manage and retain an existing portfolio of 200 high-quality partnership accounts
  • Identify and onboard new fine-dining restaurants, hotels, and experience venues, contributing to the continued growth of the platform
  • Act as the primary liaison for partner and member enquiries and concerns, delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and exceed both personal and company sales targets in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere.
