About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for an experienced Residential Estimator to work on detached housing and special projects including townhouse builds. Responsibilities will include:

Management of database and Databuild system with Estimating Manager

Support with junior staff

Producing accurate production estimating and take offs

Working with construction team and drafting teams

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate

5 years residential estimating experience

Databuild experience

Strong eye for detail and quality

Trade or Tertiary qualifications highly regarded

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
