Seeking a Senior Estimator, for an apartment developer in Perth who focus on commercial medium to high density residential, $10m+

The business is building a new team and want a good hands on driven Senior Estimator with with management skills

We require someone with Procore experience. Potentially lead to a leadership role in the future.

Estimator – Prepares cost estimates and tenders

Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders submissions and project proposals.

o Conducts trade break-ups and scope reviews

Review construction drawings and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.

Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.

Work closely with project teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
