A dynamic full-time Land Sales Assistant is being sought to join the project team for one of Australia’s largest private developers.
This wide-ranging role, which will be a 4 day per week position, will primarily focus on client liaison and assisting through pre- and post-settlement processes in conjunction with the sales and legal team. The position also includes general administration duties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Management and assistance of pre & post settlement duties
Assisting the sales team
Sales contract administration
Liaising with internal and external parties
Social Media
Weekly Sales Reporting
Client relations
General hosting duties and sale presentations
CRM & office systems management
General Sales Items
To be successful in this role, previous property or conveyancing experience would be viewed favourably, ideally in residential projects. You will also have excellent attention to detail, enjoy a fast-pace and working in a strong team environment. Experience and general familiarity with CRM systems a minimum.
In return, you will gain valuable experience under a highly experienced sales team.
