An exciting opportunity to our high-performance team based in St Leonards in a hybrid-role as an experienced office administrator and marketing assistant.
With a proposed start date of 1 July 2025.
To be successful in this role you need
We are looking for someone that has MYOB Accounts Enterprise (MYOB AE) and marketing experience, using Canva, Meta Business Suite and PowerPoint.
Experienced in MYOB AE - at least 2 years.
Marketing - Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Proposals and Tenders and preparing presentations.
Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and autonomously
High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with all administrative duties, including but not limited to:
General office and administration tasks.
Supporting the Directors and Managers in managing the administration of jobs, from fee proposal, set up in MYOB AE, document management and invoicing.
Create and edit presentations for tenders, meetings and events using PowerPoint.
Requirements:
4-5 day office role in modern St Leonard's Office above the station (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm)
Intermediate experience with MYOB Accounts Enterprise [MYOB AE]
Proficient and strong Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Graphic design experience using Canva and Meta Business Suite to create brand awareness via Instagram and LinkedIn
