Job Brief/Overview:
Our client is seeking an experience administrator / project admin support with exposure to raising invoices and purchase orders for projects. It will begin as a 3-6 month temp assignment and will go permanent for the right candidate.
The candidate will need to have 3+ years in an administration role, as this position requires high volume of administration and coordination for the projects team.
Shifts will be Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM - shift times may be flexible. There are no WFH arrangements, it must be 5 days a week onsite at Horsely Park, free parking onsite. Casual pay rate will be $35 - 38 per hour + super. Once made permanent, salary will be between $65 - 70k + super.
The below duties are a broad range of tasks that the successful candidate may be exposed:
- Prepare various detailed project reports, safety documents and quality documents.
- Assist project financial management, including use of Pronto System
- Assistance with management of subcontractor services, including organisation, booking and invoice review.
- Raising of purchase orders and invoicing for NSW based works and the Horsley Park Depot.
- Provide technical and administrative support as required by the Project Team
- Office and warehouse stocktaking and ordering when required.
- Support the development of tender proposals
- Care of customer and other stakeholders including management of subcontractor services
- Supporting HR with onboarding and booking of training and medicals
Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Strong administrative background - over 3+ years - ESSENTIAL
- Experience with raising purchase orders and invoices is a MUST!
- A high level of computer literacy - use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- High level attention to detail
- Strong initiative, ability to manage multiple work priorities and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to manoeuvre through various tasks as required
- A team player, willing to get involved across the business
