We are a busy allied health clinic located in Glen Waverley, seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team. Applicants should be energetic, sociable, passionate about helping our patients and assisting the team.

Ability to provide leave cover for other receptionists

Responsibilities in this role would include:

Greeting and attending to patients at reception as well as via phone and email

Booking and amending appointments

Receipting and invoicing payments

Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail, emails and faxes

Basic laundry and cleaning

Any other administrative duties as required

Previous experience in Cliniko would be an advantage however not required; as would a second language such as Mandarin. Training will be provided.
