As our first sales hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our impact.
What you’ll do:
● Win new LGA/government clients for our SaaS platform
● Drive proposals, meetings, and presentations
● Build meaningful, long-term relationships
● Own the sales process end-to-end (and be rewarded for it)
You bring:
● 2–3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
● Government or research/engagement sales background
● CRM confidence and a strategic, relationship-first approach
● Entrepreneurial spirit and belief in what we do
Package:
● $100K–$110K base + uncapped OTE $150K–$170K
● Professional Development/travel/conference budget
● Commission structure with full deal ownership
