With a strong global supplier network, they offer an affordable, high-quality alternative to local supply, ensuring faster and more economical deliveries for builders, developers, and renovators.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant / Account Manager with experience in window and door sales who can bring an existing client base and further expand our market presence. A hunter who can win new business, manage accounts, and oversee set measures for product installation across the new build and renovation market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • New Business Development – Bring your existing clients and actively seek new customers in the residential building & renovation sector.
  • Account Management – Maintain and grow relationships with builders, developers, and renovators.
  • Window & Door Sales – Use your industry expertise to provide tailored product solutions.
  • Set Measures – Conduct on-site measurements to ensure correct product specifications.
  • Market Focus – Work with clients across the residential new build and renovation sectors.
  • Travel – Some regional and metro travel to meet clients and oversee projects.
  • Hybrid Work Model – Balance your time between office-based work, remote flexibility, and site visits.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the Window and Door industry.
  • Ability to conduct set measures and ensure accurate specifications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with travel for client meetings and project oversight.
  • Knowledge of windows & doors, systems and target markets.
