About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and internal teams to ensure sales growth, strong gross profit margins, and exceptional customer expirence.
You will work closely with our Demand Planning team to develop and maintain stock forecasts and buy plans that meet customer KPI expectations.
You will also collaborate with the Design & Product team, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless solutions for our clients.
This position reports directly to the General Manager of Sales.
This is a hybrid role with a balance of office-based work, client meetings, and remote working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track sales performance, ensuring order growth and strong GP margins.
Develop and maintain stock forecasts and buy plans in collaboration with the Demand Planning team.
Monitor weekly sales, order volumes, and financial performance, proactively identifying revenue opportunities.
Work closely with Design & Product, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Partner with the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding support to our clients.
Participate in Sales & Operations meetings to track production schedules and delivery timelines.
Develop strong working knowledge of our ERP system (training provided).
Manage customer inquiries, assist with site logins, pricing, and account queries.
Support uniform fittings and assist with the rollout of new accounts.
Collaborate with the Production team on product sourcing, embroidery codes, and sampling.
Provide administrative and operational support to the wider account management team.
Key Relationships:
Internal: Demand Planning, Design & Product, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Management teams.
External: Clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
About You:
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales (apparel industry preferred).
Strong understanding of sales metrics including GP margins and order growth.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on enhancing the client experience.
Experience with supply chain processes and garment range development would be advantageous.
