As part of their continued growth in Victoria, they are seeking a Project & Sales Manager to lead regional efforts. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a strong background in project delivery, a passion for thoughtful design, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage architectural and construction projects from specification to final delivery

Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and trades

Deliver product presentations and client meetings with strong technical and design insight

Coordinate project orders, logistics, and timelines with precision and clarity

Collaborate with the national team while working independently on Victorian projects

Skills and Experience

Proven experience across a variety of architectural or construction projects

Confident communicator with strong presentation skills

Demonstrated passion for architecture, materials, and sustainable design

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects to completion
