Vic Commercial Flooring is a growing, fast-paced flooring company working across both high end domestic and commercial sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and partners.
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales, Business Development & Project Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with strong experience in both commercial and domestic flooring, capable of managing end-to-end project and sales cycles while actively driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial flooring space.
Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to quoting, closing, and delivery.
Conduct accurate take-offs and estimations for flooring projects.
Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional follow-up and communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely project execution.
Stay informed on product knowledge, trends, and innovations in the industry.
Business Development & Project Management
Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities in line with company goals.
Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and online platforms.
Provide market feedback to influence strategy and business development initiatives.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and key milestones to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers across all project phases.
Ensure strict quality control and risk mitigation at every stage of project execution.
Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)
Experience operating a forklift and handling flooring product deliveries such as carpet rolls and vinyl is a bonus.
If you hold a forklift license or have relevant experience, please let us know in your application.
You are required to have
Proven experience in both domestic and commercial flooring industries.
Strong project management and sales skills, with a track record of delivering results.
Confident in quoting, estimating, and managing full project lifecycles.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and excellent at relationship-building.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to exceed targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
