Recently re-branded plus opened new Store with exciting opportunity to strongly contribute to & benefit from our phase of growth & expansion
Summary: Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with the selection of mobility scooters & other assistive living products in a highly rewarding industry.
About the role
Join our team as Sales Consultant / Sales Manager at our Thrive Mobility, Norwood or Murray Bridge showroom. Reporting directly to the Owner & working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our stores & expansion.
Duties can include, but are not limited to:
Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets through retail sales in-person & online
Ensure high levels of presentation of the store creating strong impressions for clients
Administrative & computer work researching products, quoting & communicating with customers
Liaise with workshop staff regarding deliveries, service & repairs
Create memorable positive experiences with clients, support coordinators, suppliers & allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists.
Fast & efficient responses to enquiries with accurate follow-up
Work together with team members to ensure customers achieve outstanding support & value
Benefits
Up to $60,000 per year base salary (negotiable) + annual leave, superannuation & entitlements
(NOTE: happy to negotiate base salary/commission for uncapped earning if keen)
Regular working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) – not open public holidays

Full-time permanent role
Proactive company support with marketing & lead generation activities & investment
We provide ongoing sales coaching & product training to help you excel
Ideal skills & experience
Experience in disability &/or aged care industries
Awareness of NDIS, Aged Care & other funding programs
Proven experience in retail sales
Strong customer experience focus with great communication skills
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting & exceeding revenue targets & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Able to build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders
Shown ability to work autonomously
Strong computer skills
Patient, caring & cheerful disposition

With over 27 years with our store at Norwood, we recently re-branded to Thrive Mobility plus opened our new store at Murray Bridge to fast track our growth & expansion. We provide mobility equipment & assistive living technology to our clients through private purchase & funding such as NDIS, Aged Care, DVA & other programs.
