Digital Marketing Specialist – Full Funnel Execution, SEO & CRM – 100% Remote Working

As we scale toward our vision of certifying 1M+ professionals by 2027, we’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who brings more than just technical skills. We’re looking for someone who understands growth, thinks strategically, and knows how to execute with precision across every part of the marketing funnel.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to execute. You’ll help drive customer acquisition, engagement and growth across our global brands.

Your focus will span AI-led execution, paid and organic performance, CRM automation, SEO, website and funnel optimisation and marketing analytics. Using data insights, you’ll improve workflows, forecast outcomes and drive measurable results.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role suits a proactive marketer with a proven track record in performance optimisation, AI-driven workflows, UX improvements and high-impact reporting.

Paid Traffic Performance & Agency Collaboration

Manage and improve paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels in collaboration with external agencies.

Analyse campaign data to identify new audiences, creative angles and optimisation opportunities, and support internal campaign setup when required.

Lead Generation, CRM Automation & Funnel Strategy

Build and refine lead magnets, nurture journeys and automated funnels using HubSpot and Klaviyo.

Manage CRM segmentation, lifecycle workflows, and lead scoring to maintain clean systems and drive conversion.

Maintain CRM health and performance through clean systems and automation reviews.

Website Management, UX Optimisation & CRO

Build, edit and optimise landing pages and website funnels using Elementor (WordPress).

Implement UX best practices, heatmapping and user journey analysis to improve conversion rates.

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

Track and improve SEO performance using SEMRush, GA4 and Google Search Console.

Work with the content team to plan and optimise SEO-aligned campaigns and stay ahead of AI-driven search trends.

Implement proactive SEO opportunities, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation and content gap filling.

Performance Reporting, Data Insights & Forecasting

Support the build and maintenance of multi-channel dashboards via Looker Studio (or equivalent).

Deliver regular performance reports and support in forecasting outcomes based on historical data and insights.

AI-First Marketing Execution

Embed AI-first workflows across campaign execution, CRM, SEO, content and analytics.

Launch and implement three AI-driven tools or processes within your first 90 days, and continually assess new trends to enhance marketing performance.

Who You Are

You have 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth or digital-first business.

You're confident using HubSpot, Klaviyo, GA4, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Elementor and Looker Studio (or similar tools).

You’ve ideally managed or worked closely with paid media agencies and have experience running campaigns across Meta and Google.

You know how to improve landing pages, funnels and customer journeys using UX and CRO best practices.

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data, build dashboards and present insights.

Passion for data-driven growth marketing, customer journey optimisation and scalable acquisition strategies.

You’ve embedded AI tools into marketing workflows across CRM, SEO, content and reporting.

You're proactive, adaptable and driven to test, learn and execute with precision.
